How did you attract/address your audience?


The target audience for our thriller opening would be anyone aged 15 and above this allows us to use the most effective way of advertising in our time using the Internet. 94% of teenagers in Britain use a platform of social media therefore we decided to use platforms such as Twitter, Facebook and Snapchat to advertise our thriller opening.

We would also have to use different forms of advertisement other than social platforms.and would rather see this than a full description and customer ratings of the film. We also found that 60% of people would actually consider a film depending on how their poster looked and are found in local search results. 94% of total views on average are attracted by content compelling images than content without images.

The poster is the most effective use of advertisement The goal of the poster essentially is to "sell" the movie to make you want to see it. It does that by the movie title in a big and bold font. 

Images of the movies attractive actors are usually featured. In addition, the actors names are probably included somewhere on the poster to remind you that the movie has big-name stars. Designs, colours, and fonts are used to appropriately reflect the mood and tone of the film.
